Teenager dies after altercation with neighbour in Yobe

A 14-year-old boy, Musa Umar, has died following a violent altercation with a neighbour in Jama’are village, via Fika in Yobe State.

Security sources said the incident occurred at about 10:00 p.m. on April 30 when Musa got into a fight with another minor, 12-year-old Adamu Yusuf. During the scuffle, he was reportedly struck on the head with a stick.

The injured teenager was first taken to Gadaka General Hospital for treatment before being referred to Fika General Hospital due to the severity of his condition.
