President Bola Tinubu has arrived in Birnin Kebbi, the capital of Kebbi State, where he commissioned the newly completed state secretariat complex.
During the visit, the president also inaugurated an ultra-modern motor park in the city as part of activities lined up for the day.
Tinubu is expected to proceed to the fishing arena alongside several dignitaries, including governors from Sokoto State and other states, to officially launch the Argungu International Fishing Festival.
The venue has drawn large crowds of spectators, as well as foreign journalists from China, India, and other West African countries, all gathered to witness the internationally recognised cultural event.
