President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday received Denmark’s richest man and CEO of Bestseller, Anders Holch Povlsen, at the State House in Abuja.
The visit, announced by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, is part of efforts to boost foreign investment and enhance economic cooperation between Nigeria and Denmark.
Povlsen, who also heads the Bestseller Foundation, was accompanied by Denmark’s Ambassador to Nigeria, Jens Hansen, and other senior Danish officials.
Also present were the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, and the Minister of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, Dr. Bosun Tijani.
The meeting underscores the Tinubu administration’s ongoing push to attract global investors and strengthen international partnerships.
