Troops of Operation Hadin Kai have eliminated four Boko Haram/ISWAP logistics suppliers during a series of well-coordinated ambush operations in Konduga Local Government Area of Borno State.
According to security sources on Monday, the operations were part of Operation Desert Sanity IV/Diligent Search, aimed at disrupting terrorist supply lines and restricting their movement within the North-East theatre.
The troops reportedly executed three separate ambushes on October 25, 2025, at key terrorist crossing points around Kuka Uku, Delta Company Kawuri, and Alou Dam in the Konduga axis.
“At about 11:35 a.m., troops of 222 Battalion conducted an ambush at the Kuka Uku crossing point near Delta Company Kawuri, where one terrorist logistics supplier was neutralised,” a source disclosed.
Another ambush team deployed ahead of Charlie Company in Konduga also intercepted and neutralised one more logistics courier, while a third team at Alpha Company, Alou Dam, eliminated two additional suppliers.
The operations were executed without any casualties on the part of the troops.
Intelligence sources confirmed that the neutralised suspects were linked to both Jama’atu Ahlis Sunna Lidda’awati wal-Jihad (JAS) and the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) factions.
Security officials said the area remains relatively calm but unpredictable, adding that troops continue to maintain high morale and combat readiness.
The successful ambushes, they noted, underscore the military’s renewed efforts to disrupt terrorist logistics networks and intensify clearance operations across the North-East.
