Uba Sani gets Certificate of Return, lists 7 priorities in Kaduna

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Friday, March 31 presented Certificates of Return to Kaduna State Governor-elect, Senator Uba Sani, and the Deputy Governor-elect, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, following their victory at the Governorship election in Kaduna State.
Speaking shortly after receiving his certificate, Uba Sani assured the citizens that he will lead with utmost sense of humanity, responsibility and fear of Allah.
He reiterated that he will carry every one along whether they voted for him or not and irrespective of their religious, ethnic and political affiliations.
He called on residents in Kaduna State to religiously implement his administration’s seven-point agenda.
According to him, “We will focus on security, strengthening of institutions and infrastructure, trade and investments, agricultural and human capital development.”
The Governor-elect also commended INEC, security agencies for their dedication and commitment in the discharge of their duties.
“I will like to commend the security agencies for maintaining law and order during the polls,” he said.
Also, 29 elected members of the Kaduna State House of Assembly received their Certificates of Return at the event.
The National Electoral Commissioner in charge of Kaduna, Plateau, Nasarawa and the FCT, Mohammed Haruna, presented the Certificates of Return to Sani and Balarabe, while the Administrative Secretary of INEC, Kaduna State, Mohammed Mashi, presented the Certificates of Return to the 29 elected State House of Assembly members.
