Uba Sani: I’ll build on El-Rufai’s achievement,  empower women

Senator Uba Sani has promised to build on the women empowerment programmes of Governor Nasir El Rufai and continue his policy of women inclusion when voted into office.

The senator, who is the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), made the pledge at an event organised by Igabi Women Wins for Uba Sani at the Trade Fair Complex on Sunday, November 20, 2022.

The APC governorship candidate, who noted that women constitute the majority in the El Rufai cabinet, further said that he will improve on the numbers.

Sani told the teeming crowd that his administration will give financial assistance to women who are engaged in businesses.

The senator also promised that those who are not doing business will be trained with skills and given start up capital when he becomes governor of Kaduna State.

Uba Sani, who pleaded for support, pledged to campaign not just door-to-door but in all nooks and crannies of the state to canvass for votes.

He asked the people of Kaduna State to vote for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the presidency and himself in the governorship election, adding that they should vote for APC in all elections.
