Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State has approved a minor cabinet reshuffle involving two key commissioners, aimed at boosting government efficiency.
In a statement issued on Monday by his Chief Press Secretary, Malam Ibraheem Musa, the governor directed the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Sule Shuaibu (SAN), to take over the Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs.
In turn, Barr. James Kanyip (PhD), the outgoing Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, has been appointed as the new Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice.
Sani urged the commissioners to embrace their new roles with integrity, fairness, and dedication, while expressing confidence in their capacity to deliver.
He also prayed for God’s guidance and protection over their service.
