The Supreme Court has affirmed Agbu Kefas of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the duly elected governor of Taraba State.
Justice Lawal Garba, in a judgment delivered on Thursday, January 25, 2024, dismissed the appeal by the NNPP and its governorship candidate, Yahaya Sani, for filing incomplete record of appeal.
