Actor Olofa Ina dies at 73

Veteran Yoruba actor, Deji Akinremi, popularly known as Olofa Ina, has been confirmed dead at the age of 73.

Nollywood actor, Saidi Balogun, took to his Instagram page, to disclose the death of Olofa Ina, on Thursday, January 4, 2024.

Sharing the late actor’s picture, Balogun wrote: “Good night Legend Chief Deji Akinremi (Olofa Ina) RIP.”

Olofa Ina was born May 15, 1950.

He was an actor with many years of experience and featured in many movies.

Olofa Ina started his major acting career in 1980.

He had, however, formed his acting group several years earlier.

The name of his acting group formed in 1972 was Olofa Ina Theatre Group.
