The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has started the 2022 enlistment of suitably qualified graduates and post-graduates as Direct Short Service cadets.
Interested applicants must be Nigerian citizens; not married and must be between the ages of 20 years and 30 years.
Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of Second Class Upper Division or Upper Credit from recognised universities, polytechnics and other tertiary institutions.
Director of Public Relations and Information, NAF Headquarters, Air Commodore Edward Gabkwet, made this known in a statement issued on Tuesday in Abuja.
Gabkwet added that intending candidates should note that NYSC discharge certificate was also compulsory.

Interested applicants are to apply online via NAF recruitment portal at www.nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng from December 19 to January 30, 2023.
Gabkwet stated also that NAF enlistment processes are free of charge and no payment should be made at any point of the exercise.
“Be informed also that NAF has not commissioned any agent or person to carry out any activity related to enlistment into the Service.
“Applicants should, therefore, be weary of fake agents and fake online portals out to prey on innocent and unsuspecting Nigerians,” he added.
