The All Progressives Congress (APC) has released a list of House of Representatives aspirants who were marked “not cleared” across several states ahead of its National Assembly primaries for the 2027 general elections.
In a statement issued on Saturday and signed by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the party said the affected aspirants were disqualified following its screening exercise conducted across constituencies nationwide.
According to the statement, the screening committees operated in line with established party guidelines and procedures to determine eligibility for participation in the primaries.
The list of disqualified aspirants spans Ondo, Bauchi, Ebonyi, Kogi and Rivers States, with several prominent politicians affected.
In Ondo State, multiple aspirants across constituencies including Idanre/Ifedore, Akoko and Owo/Ose federal constituencies were marked “not cleared.”
