President Muhammadu Buhari, on Friday, returned to Abuja after attending the United Nations Environmental Programme in Nairobi, Kenya.
The latest development is contrary to the earlier plan that Buhari would be heading to London for a two-week medical check-up.
However, a presidential aide, Buhari Sallau, said the President has return to Abuja on Friday.
“President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to Abuja, after his participation in the 50th Anniversary of the UN Environmental Programme in Nairobi, Kenya,” Sallau said.
It would be recalled that President Buhari, on Tuesday, departed Abuja for Kenya to participate in the Commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP@50).
