Nigeria’s Ese Brume, on Sunday, won the gold medal in the long jump at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
Brume leapt 7.00 metres to win gold and set a new Commonwealth Games record.
She defeated Brooke Buschkuehl of Australia, and Ghana’s Deborah Acquah who came second and third, respectively.
