Dantata’s wife dies in Saudi Arabia’s hospital

Rabi, the wife of elder statesman and business mogul, Aminu Dantata, has been confirmed dead.

It was gathered that Rabi died at a hospital in Jiddah, Saudi Arabia, on Saturday, April 8.

She was said to have battled a prolonged illness.

Rabi was the second wife of Dantata.

Confirming her demise, a grandson of the deceased, Sunusi Dantata, in a tweet on his Twitter account on Sunday, said: “Please pray for our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, Haj. Rabi, wife of Alh. Aminu Dantata, who died yesterday after a protracted illness!

“May Allah forgive her, accept her good deeds, and grant her the highest rank in Paradise, Ameen!

“Innalillahi Wa Inna Ilaihirrajiuun!”

Rabi, who died in her late 70s, was survived by her husband and six children, and grandchildren.
