DJ Cuppy: My ex-boyfriends can’t afford places without me

Popular Nigerian disc jockey, Florence Otedola, well known as DJ Cuppy, says she settled bills on dates in her previous relationships.

Cuppy, 31, stated that she has never run into any of her former boyfriends because they cannot afford the places she goes without her.

The daughter of billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola, said this in a post on her social media accounts on Wednesday, March 6, 2024.

Sharing a photo of herself in a luxurious car, the singer wrote: “I never run into my ex’s… They can’t afford to be where I be without me.”

Reacting to the post, Cuppy’s estranged British boxer fiancé, Ryan Taylor, in a comment section on Instagram said: “Neither can you.”

The Star recalls that Cuppy and Taylor parted ways in 2023 barely seven months after their engagement in November 2022.

The famous entertainer got engaged to Taylor at Gumball award night in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The ‘Gelato’ crooner, in a tweet on her X (formerly Twitter) account in December 2022, announced her engagement to Taylor 25 days after meeting the boxer at Gumball 3000 driving rally in Dubai, describing him as the love of her life.

DJ Cuppy stated: “I can officially announce that I’m engaged! Only 25 days ago during @Gumball3000 driving rally, I met the love of my life.

“Sometimes you fall for the most unexpected person at the most unexpected time and for the most unexpected reason. I love you deep @RyanTaylor.”
