Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has re-appointed the state Commissioner of Finance, Muhammad Bashir Sa’idu, as his Chief of Staff.
El-Rufai also appointed a former Commissioner of Education, Dr. Shehu Usman Muhammad, as Counsellor (Political), while Jamila Haruna was appointed as Special Assistant on Intergovernmental Relations.
This was contained in a statement made available to The Star on Thursday by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Commission, Muyiwa Adekeye.
Adekeye noted that the appointments took effect from Wednesday, December 28, 2022.

Saidu was re-appointed as the governor’s Chief of Staff after serving as Kaduna State Commissioner of Finance since April 2019.
He joined the government in 2015 as Commissioner of Local Government and was first appointed as Chief of Staff in December 2016.
On the other hand, Muhammad previously served as a permanent secretary and as a commissioner in the ministries of Education and Local Government.
Haruna, who has worked in logistics and as a staff of the Presidential Committee on North-East Initiative, graduated with a degree in Economics in 2009 and earned an MBA in Human Resources Management in 2016.
