Former United States President Bill Clinton is in a Washington hospital for testing and observation after developing a fever.
Clinton’s deputy chief of staff, Angel Urena, disclosed this on Monday, December 23, 2024.
Urena posted on X: “President Clinton was admitted to MedStar Georgetown University Hospital this afternoon for testing and observation after developing a fever.
“He remains in good spirits and deeply appreciates the excellent care he is receiving.”

U.S. broadcaster MSNBC, citing people from Clinton’s circle, said the situation is not acute and that the former president is expected to improve soon.
78-year-old Clinton, a Democrat, served as the 42nd President of the United States from 1993 to 2001.
