Opeyemi Falegan, the estranged husband of Nkechi Blessing, has said he ended his marriage to the Nollywood actress because of personal hygiene.
Falegan said the popular actress did not wash her undies for three days and hardly brush her teeth in the morning.
The Ekiti-born politician said this in a now-deleted video shared on his Instagram page.
The politician said: “I apologised to her because I just want bygone to be bygone. Not because I want her back. Are you serious? Do you know why I left? I left for a different reason. Personal hygiene.
“You have to tell a woman to change her undies in three days. You have to tell a woman to brush her teeth in the morning. After the whole thing, everywhere is messed up. Do you want me to manage that? No, I wouldn’t.
“So if my online in-laws una dey vex, make una go marry am. And you think I should just manage it. Cleanliness is next to Godliness and that’s the fact. And if the online in-laws are saying you guys are perfect together, go marry am, una go understand.

“Someone will be on the same bed with a woman who has not brushed her teeth since morning and has not even changed her underwear in three days all because of love?”
This is coming barely two days after Falegan apologised to Nkechi over their controversial split.
The politician said he “messed up to some extent”, adding he still loves the Nollywood actress.
Reacting via her Instagram stories, Nkechi warned against “tagging” her to an irrelevant post.
The popular actress further shared a picture of herself with her ex-lover, saying her former boyfriend kept shut after they broke up.
