‘I met him 25 days ago’: DJ Cuppy announces engagement to British boxer

Popular Nigerian disc jockey and singer, Florence Otedola, well known as DJ Cuppy, has announced her engagement to British boxer, Ryan Taylor.

The Star had reported that Cuppy, the daughter of billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola, in November, got engaged to Taylor at Gumball award night in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The famous singer was seen in a trending video on Twitter being proposed to in the presence of her friends while Bruno Mars song, ‘Marry You’, was played in the background.

However, DJ Cuppy took to her Twitter account on Monday to announce her engagement to Talyor.

The ‘Gelato’ crooner disclosed that she met the British boxer 25 days ago at Gumball 3000 driving rally in Dubai, describing him as the love of her life.

“I can officially announce that I’m engaged! Only 25 days ago during @Gumball3000 driving rally, I met the love of my life.

“Sometimes you fall for the most unexpected person at the most unexpected time and for the most unexpected reason. I love you deep @RyanTaylor,” the famous singer stated.
