Keyamo: I’m proud to look stupid campaigning for Tinubu

Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Mr. Festus Keyamo (SAN), has hit at critics over his choice to campaign for the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Keyamo, who is the Director of Public Affairs of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, told his critics that he is very proud to look stupid campaigning for Tinubu.

The minister described Tinubu as a genius.

He cited the permanent solution proffered to the ecological problem of Bar Beach in Lagos when Tinubu was the governor.

Keyamo tweeted: “Yet another blueprint by @officialABAT to contain the raging water of the Bar Beach, faithfully executed by successive govts.

“They say we look stupid campaigning for him? Well, I am VERY PROUD TO LOOK STUPID campaigning for a genius who built a city out of a raging sea!”

Keyamo has been criticised for campaigning for Tinubu ahead of the 2023 general election.

The minister served President Muhammadu Buhari in the same capacity for re-his election in 2019.
