Missing UniAbuja student found safe

The University of Abuja has confirmed that Sadiya Usman, the student earlier declared missing, has been found safe.

In a statement released by the institution, the student was located at about 11:49 p.m. and was confirmed to be unhurt and in stable condition.

The university expressed gratitude to staff, security agencies and members of the public for their swift response, support and prayers during the period of the search.

The statement, signed by the Acting Director of Information and University Relations, Dr Habib Yakoob, reassured the public that the student’s safety had been secured and appreciated the collective efforts that led to the positive outcome.
