The NAF Deputy Director of Public Relations and Information, Group Capt. Kabiru Ali, made this known in a statement on Wednesday, September 18.
Ali said the move was part of a broader effort to ensure the timely and secured delivery of sensitive materials necessary for the smooth conduct of the governorship election.

He said the transportation operation demonstrated the collaboration between NAF and INEC, aimed at facilitating logistics and ensuring a peaceful election process in Edo State.
He noted that the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Hasan Abubakar, recently reiterated NAF’s commitment to provide transportation for the swift movement of electoral materials.
“This is in fulfilment of NAF’s constitutional responsibility of providing Military Aid to Civil Authority,” Ali added.
