Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle has named captain Wilfred Ndidi, Alex Iwobi, and Ademola Lookman among 23 players for the team’s friendlies against Iran and Jordan in Turkey.
The matches, initially scheduled for Amman, were moved to Antalya following the military conflict in the Middle East.
A statement issued on Wednesday by NFF’s Director of Communications, Ademola Olajire, said the Super Eagles would face Iran in Antalya on March 27, before taking on Jordan on March 31.
Olajire disclosed that the Super Eagles coach also invited Maduka Okoye, Oluwasemilogo Ajayi, Frank Onyeka, Moses Simon, Samuel Chukwueze, Akor Adams, and Paul Onuachu.

“Debut call-ups were handed to Emmanuel Fernandez, Philip Otele, and Collins Yira Sor, while Adeleye Adebayo returns to the squad,” the NFF spokesperson added.
