Nevana Productions unveils cast of romantic musical play ‘The Bride’

Nevana Productions has officially announced the cast of its upcoming romantic musical play, The Bride, a captivating stage production set to thrill audiences this Valentine season.

Written and directed by Austine Onuoha, The Bride is a deeply emotional musical that explores themes of love, longing, resilience and the weight of commitment. The story centres on a bride whose groom mysteriously disappears on their wedding day, triggering an intimate journey of hope, doubt and self-discovery, brought to life through compelling dialogue, live music and powerful performances.

The production boasts a vibrant cast led by Sharon Adaeze, Ralph Okoro, Theodora Omo and Justin Ben, all delivering performances marked by emotional depth and authenticity. Music direction is handled by Peter Durodola, whose original compositions and live arrangements form the emotional core of the play, blending romance with dramatic tension.

Conceived as an immersive theatre experience, The Bride draws audiences into its world, blurring the boundaries between stage and spectator. Through soulful musical numbers and intense dramatic moments, viewers are invited to experience the characters’ love, loss and resilience firsthand.
