Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck is scheduled to appear in court on November 26, 2025, facing assault and battery charges filed by entertainer and photographer Levi Ogbogiri, popularly known as Kraziecent.
The case relates to an incident on December 16, 2024, when Kraziecent alleges that Odumodublvck attacked him unprovoked while he was taking photos and videos at an event.
The altercation reportedly left Kraziecent with physical injuries, emotional distress, and a damaged iPhone.
Kraziecent’s legal team claims the rapper’s actions were deliberate and seeks compensation for injuries, emotional trauma, device damage, and reputational harm.
They have also requested a public apology in both social media and national newspapers, as well as a restraining order to prevent further harassment.
During the initial hearing, Kraziecent’s team confirmed that all documents had been properly served, while Odumodublvck’s lawyers requested more time to prepare a defense, leading to the case being adjourned to November 26.
This is not Odumodublvck’s first controversy involving alleged aggressive behavior toward a fan. In March 2024, he was recorded attempting to kick a fan on stage, an act he defended as a reaction to trespassing but which drew criticism for being excessive.
The rapper’s defense in the current case is expected to argue provocation and breach of privacy, but it remains to be seen how this will hold up in court.
