Popular Nigerian content creator and TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou, also known as Jarvis, have received a ₦400 million mansion in Abuja as a wedding gift from real estate developer King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho.
The surprise announcement was made on Saturday during the couple’s star-studded white wedding in Lagos, which attracted celebrities, influencers, family members and friends.
King Ochacho, founder of Ochacho Real Homes, presented the gift before guests, saying the property was a personal wedding present to the newlyweds.
“On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller,” he announced to loud applause.
Videos capturing the presentation quickly circulated across social media, showing the couple celebrating the surprise gift as guests cheered.
The wedding was attended by several celebrities, including actresses Iyabo Ojo, Eniola Badmus and Papaya Ex, singer Zinoleesky, content creators Cute Abiola and Nons Miraj, socialite Soso Soberekon, influencer Purple Speedy and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, among others.
The gesture fulfilled an earlier promise made by King Ochacho during the wedding of music executive Soso Soberekon, where he pledged financial support for Peller’s future marriage.
At the event, the businessman had invited Peller to his own wedding and promised to support his big day financially.
“I am going to send you six zeros, millions,” he had said after requesting the TikTok star’s phone number.
Peller and Jarvis began their journey to marriage with an engagement in June 2026 at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Ghana.
The couple later held their traditional marriage in Benin City, Edo State, where Peller fulfilled the customary marriage rites, before legalising their union in a civil ceremony in Lagos on July 29.
They concluded the celebrations with their white wedding on Saturday.
