Singer Ifunanya Nwangene buried in Enugu after tragic snakebite death

Late singer Ifunanya Nwangene has been laid to rest in her hometown in Nkanu East Local Government Area of Enugu State following her tragic death.

The young artiste reportedly died after suffering a snake bite at her residence in Abuja on January 31, 2026. She was later confirmed dead at the Federal Medical Centre, Abuja.

Her passing sparked widespread reactions on social media, with fans and colleagues mourning the loss of a promising talent known for her powerful voice and deep passion for music.

Family, friends and well-wishers gathered for her burial to pay their final respects, marking a solemn farewell to a rising star whose life was cut short unexpectedly.
