Thugs disguised as women arrested during planned attacks in Kano

Security operatives in the Kurna area of Kano metropolis have arrested a group of suspected thugs who allegedly disguised themselves as women to carry out targeted attacks.

According to reports, the suspects stormed the community on Saturday night with the intent to assassinate selected targets but were intercepted by a local security outfit before executing their mission.

Sources revealed that the arrested individuals are part of a network of hired hitmen known for using disguises to infiltrate and strike unsuspecting victims.

The suspects are now in the custody of relevant security agencies for further investigation and possible prosecution.

Residents of Kurna praised the swift intervention of the security forces and urged authorities to intensify surveillance to prevent similar incidents across the state.
