President Bola Tinubu has arrived in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital, to condole with the government and people of the state over the Alau Dam flood disaster.
It was gathered that Tinubu arrived in Maiduguri at about 3 p.m. on Monday, September 16, 2024.
Tinubu, who was received on arrival by Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum, is scheduled to pay a courtesy visit to the Shehu of Borno, Abubakar Umar-Garbai El-Kaneni, from where he is expected to proceed to one of the camps to address displaced persons.
