Update: Obi Cubana regains freedom from EFCC custody

At last, popular socialite, Obinna Iyiegbu, known as Obi Cubana has regained his freedom from the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

A source in the anti-graft agency told The Star that Obi Cubana has met his bail conditions.

He was released before 6p.m.

He has taken to Instagram to share his photo.

Obi Cubana was quizzed on Monday at the EFCC headquarters in Abuja. He was detained overnight.

Operatives of the anti-graft agency reportedly questioned the businessman on allegations of tax fraud and money laundering.
