Fast-rising Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, well known as Portable, has alleged that his former Record label boss, Ija Omode Yusuf, is after his life.

Portable made the allegation via a video shared on his Instagram page on Sunday.

He captioned the video: “ZAzuu. Threatening of life they wan kill me ooo.”

This is coming hours after Portable, who has been making waves with his song, ‘Zazoo Zeh’, celebrated his 28th birthday in Lagos State.

The singer, who said his life is under threat, alleged that his former Record label boss threatened to kill him within seven days.

He said: “They don spoil my all motors oo. Na Ijade Omode Yusuf dey threaten me. He sey he get money, people, he say him na boss him fit kill me.

“He sey he give me seven days. Ija Omode Yusuf in Owode, last year December, he stripped me naked that I stole one Maruwa and iPhone.”

He further described his ex-Record label boss as a “fake man”, adding: “Na fake life you dey live, you get record label, you no get studio.

“After he signed me I trended him and helped him to make over N100 million that he used to build house in Lekki but me I didn’t gain anything, so I said I wanted to leave the record deal only for him to set me up, and say I stole an iPhone with Keke, a Phone which he was the one who bought it for me.”
