2023: Ayade picks APC senatorial forms as backup

Cross River State Governor, Ben Ayade, has obtained the Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to contest for senatorial seat in 2023.

Before now, Ayade had obtained the APC presidential nomination forms to vie for the presidential ticket of the ruling party.

Ayade had in April declared his intention to contest the 2023 presidential election after a visit to President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
