Cubana unveils branded luxury vehicles in support of Tinubu

Popular socialite and businessman, Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has publicly demonstrated support for President Bola Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections by unveiling customised luxury vehicles carrying pro-Tinubu campaign branding.

The nightlife entrepreneur shared videos on his Instagram Story on Wednesday showcasing a Lamborghini Urus and a Dongfeng M-Hero decorated with images of Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima and Seyi Tinubu.

The vehicles also featured inscriptions including “City Boy Movement,” “APC,” and “Asiwaju Still on Motion,” signalling support for Tinubu’s anticipated re-election bid.

The development is the latest in a series of public endorsements by Cubana Chief Priest, who has become one of the prominent figures associated with the City Boy Movement, a pro-Tinubu support group.

Earlier this year, he was appointed the movement’s director in Imo State, a position aimed at mobilising grassroots support for the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda ahead of the next election cycle.

The businessman has consistently expressed support for the ruling All Progressives Congress and Tinubu, describing his loyalty to the party and the President as unwavering.

In recent months, he has participated in several mobilisation activities linked to the City Boy Movement, including the presentation of branded buses and other initiatives designed to rally support for Tinubu’s second-term ambition.

The unveiling of the luxury vehicles has, however, sparked mixed reactions on social media. While supporters viewed the gesture as a show of political commitment, critics questioned the timing and optics of such displays amid prevailing economic challenges facing many Nigerians.

The development comes as political activities and alignments ahead of the 2027 general elections continue to gain momentum, with influential figures from the entertainment, business and political spheres increasingly declaring their allegiances.
