Lagos businessman, firm arraigned over N215.8m theft

A Lagos businessman, Ugoh Christogonus Onyewuchi, and his company, C-PAC Integrated Service Nigeria, have been arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for allegedly stealing N215.8 million.

They appeared before Justice Olubunmi Abike-Fadipe of the Special Offences Court in Ikeja on Monday, October 13, 2025.

According to the EFCC, Onyewuchi and his firm face a two-count charge bordering on stealing and retention of proceeds of criminal conduct amounting to N215,800,000.

The anti-graft agency confirmed the arraignment in a statement on its official platforms, noting that the case was filed by its Lagos Zonal Directorate 1.
