Nollywood actor Jide Kene weds Ifeoma in Italy

Nollywood actor Jide Kene Achufusi has married his partner, Ifeoma, in a white wedding ceremony held in Milan, Italy.

Videos from the ceremony, which circulated online, captured the couple exchanging vows in a sanctuary setting before sealing their union with a kiss at the altar. The ceremony was followed by a lively reception attended by friends, colleagues, and well-wishers.

Fellow Nollywood actor Uzee Usman was among those present at the celebration. Actress Funke Akindele had also drawn attention to the event in the build-up, teasing her designer Zack Styling on Snapchat to prepare an outfit for Usman.

Kene had subtly announced his plans in the days leading up to the wedding through a series of social media posts featuring pre-wedding photos with captions including “First Look,” “Wedding Bells,” and “To Have & To Hold,” accompanied by the hashtag #JideIfe26.

On Monday, the actor made it official, posting a wedding photo with Ifeoma and writing: “IGBA NKWU – IFE MELU NA ANAMBRA #JideIfe26.”

The announcement triggered an outpouring of congratulatory messages from fans and colleagues. Kene, known for his roles in several Nollywood productions, has largely kept his personal life private, making the public wedding reveal a moment of excitement for his followers.
