The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Kaduna State, Sen. Uba Sani, has urged the people of the state to vote for the APC presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, in the 2023 general election.
Sani, who currently represents Kaduna Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly, said Tinubu’s experience in governance and politics and understanding of the country’s challenges and solutions makes him the right man to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.
He made this known via a statement made available to The Star on Monday.
The senator, who noted that he accompanied Tinubu and Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, to the interactive session with 2023 presidential candidates organised by the Arewa Joint Committee in Kaduna on Monday, said the APC presidential standard-bearer rolled out “his all encompassing plans for the different sectors of the economy and specifically addressed issues peculiar to Northern Nigeria.”

“He promised to frontally tackle key developmental challenges facing the North. He will give priority to agriculture. He will also sustain the current successes recorded by security agencies by adopting innovative approaches and adequately funding the security forces.
“The leading presidential candidate handled the questions thrown at him with confidence. His rich experience in governance and politics and understanding of our challenges and workable solutions makes Asiwaju Tinubu the right man to take the baton from President Buhari in 2023.
“Above all, he is an inspirational leader and man of ideas. Nigeria is in urgent need of men of ideas and those who can inspire and motivate our people to renew their faith in Nigeria and break new grounds.
“I am confident that Northern Nigeria will give our presidential candidate total support in the 2023 elections. I urge our people to come out in large numbers and make a big statement in February 2023. Jagaban is the man for Nigeria. He is a performer. He has done it before. He will do it for Nigeria,” Sani said.
