Yul Edochie: How God called me into ministry

Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has disclosed how he was called by God into ministry.

Edochie had, last week, announced the launch of his online ministry, True Salvation Ministry.

The famous actor disclosed that he would be delivering sermons via YouTube.

Speaking at his first online service on Sunday, January 28, 2024, Edochie said he was called by God after having a car accident on the Benin-Ore expressway in Ondo State.

Edochie was involved in an accident on the expressway in June 2019.

He said he heard compelling voice urging him to dedicate his life to serving God and humanity, adding that the revelation marked the beginning of his “second life”.

The actor said: “As far back as 2012, 2013, I’ll meet a couple of men of God, pastors and they will always tell me that you are destined to be a minister of God, you can’t run away from it, you are going to be a minister.

“As time went by I started to hear the voice myself like anywhere I am, most of the time when I’m in an enclosed place, just me, I’ll be hearing that voice telling me you are going to work for God.”
