Justin Bieber shares struggles with healing, anger issues

Canadian pop sensation Justin Bieber has candidly shared his emotional struggles, revealing deep frustration with the constant pressure to “heal” and grow.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Bieber admitted to feeling overwhelmed, broken, and emotionally drained by expectations—both internal and external.

“The harder I try to grow, the more self-focused I become, and it’s exhausting,” he wrote, expressing how the journey toward self-improvement has left him burnt out rather than fulfilled.

Bieber also opened up about grappling with persistent anger and a sense of emptiness, despite years of attempting to live up to others’ ideals of emotional and spiritual healing.

“People keep telling me to heal. Don’t you think if I could’ve fixed myself, I would have already?” he questioned.

Despite his struggles, the pop star said his Christian faith has remained a source of hope and motivation.

He credited Jesus as the one who inspires him to live beyond himself and prioritize others.

“I’m tired of thinking about myself,” Bieber wrote, signaling a shift away from self-help and toward a more selfless, faith-driven path.

His raw vulnerability resonated with many fans, especially those navigating similar emotional battles under the weight of societal expectations and personal hardships.
